Hi, my name is Amil
I am originally from Spain. I was born in the city of A Coruña in the beautiful North Western region of Galicia. When I graduated in modern languages at 22, what I wanted the most was to go abroad, travel, see new things and perfect the languages I had learnt in my degree. Life led me to the south of France where I spent 4 wonderful years that I will treasure forever. Whilst in France, I worked as a Spanish teacher at the universities of Perpignan and Nimes. But fate had a surprise in store for me: Rome!

A melhor experiência que eu tive em Roma foi com ela e olha que já fui para Roma inúmeras vezes. Pessoa excelente, cheia de alegria e com muito conhecimento sobre a história da Cidade. Um passeio pelo Vaticano não é o mesmo sem ela, você vai apreciar cada detalhe e vai aprender coisas que nem imaginava. Fora que ela fala muitos idiomas e tira ótimas fotos!

Imprescindible y muy completa
Una visita inolvidable en la que Amil nos descubrió con pasión y gran conocimiento los detalles más interesantes de la Basílica y de la Capilla Sixtina. Destaco la experiencia de subir a la Cúpula de la Basílica de San Pedro por unas escaleras estrechas e inclinadas para admirar de cerca los detalles de la bóveda y, ya en el exterior, admirar Roma a tus pies. Una visita que deja huella.

Vatican tour with Amil
This tour was a highlight of our trip to Rome. Our guide , Amil, was very enthusiastic, funny and friendly with a vast amount of knowledge on the history of the Vatican. She made sure we were enjoying the tour and that we had time to take pictures. Her explanations of the Sistine Chapel with her printed pictures were very remarkable. Her enthusiasm made the 3 hour tour fly by. Get Amil as your tour guide, you’ll not regret it.

La visita del Vaticano con Amil fue una gran experiencia, explicó muchísimo con gran detalle pero de forma super amena y entretenida que hicieron que el tiempo se pasara sin darnos cuenta.
